I like this bar. Is quiet, has good food and nice staff

Ordered 2 drinks, 1 chicken tempura wrap, 1 steak ciabatta and fries.
The service was not great, very dismissive of us. Took a while to get served and then got drinks order incorrect, yet when serving the man next to us everything was impeccable "yes sir, no sir, 3 bags full sir".
My chicken wrap was overlooked and cold. Not much filling and they totally omitted the cheese.
Wasn't impressed overall, wouldn't come back due to naff service and substandard food.

Slight wine bar feel rather than pub, pint of Theakstons was memorable. Solid food offering served by professional staff, and mojito cocktails really good. Slipped straight down!

Tasty food and well presented. Good service too. The room we were sat in downstairs was a little dark and lacking in atmosphere, but other than that a good meal.

A modern restaurant set in an old building works well, but the food has got to be a good deal better to demand the prices and a higher star rating.
We had lunch bites and a wrap none of which was described as received, the hummus apparently had tomato, avocado and potato in it which would explain why it hardly tasted like hummus, the chicken wrap was served bare on a white plate despite mixed leaf being mentioned and there were no cherry tomatoes with the halloumi soldiers. It was quiet for a Friday lunchtime, the service was very good.
