Travelodge Hotel - Tunbridge Wells

I was placed in one of the underground rooms. No heating but an electric heater was supplied. There's also some pretty extensive moisture damage on this floor including the room and carpets throughout. Not my favourite stay with this chain.
That said; the staff are absolutely brilliant and stopped it being a 1 star review.

The Travelodge was cheap, and I understand you get what you pay for, but it was very underwhelming. There were some coffee sachets, but no milk or tea or sugar. There was no hair dryer. The floors were so creaky that you could hear your neighbours. The bed was comfortable, and the room a decent size and it was clean. Very average.

Rooms comfortable but no free WiFi which I find not acceptable when most hotel today it is free .The food was not great ended walking in to the town for a meal

Excellent stay at the hotel. Have been before and asked for the same room which we got. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean with everything to make an enjoyable stay.

Grand hotel converted to a Travel Lodge. Great central location in an attractive area opposite a park. Service was quick and responsive. Room was good and very clean. Price was a bargain
