It sucks I had to tell the lady severing us ice cream not to put the scoop that feel out of the ice cream bucket ,I do not want it in my malt shake and she got an attitude for it I was getti g ready to cancel all of my 15 dallor order and it was a Duncan donuts/ 31 Flavor ice cream shop and the male attendant was handling the waffle cone with his hands and no food prep cloves ,WITH longer nails then .y daugthervery bad custermer service

I had coffe and a toasted bagel. They were produced in under 5 minutes. What's not to like?

Messy dangerous part of town. Store rather messy. Derelicts on premises. Good selection. Food service seems clean. Young clerks pleasant and accommodating. Open late.

I visited this location 2x in one day. While the service was excellent both times, I question the consistency of pricing. I requested a refill of my Dunkin Donuts cup both times. And I was charged 2 different prices, neither of them being the refill price.

I was in the area on business for four weeks.... Being slightly homesick I went to Dunkin which is my favorite when I'm home. The staff was super friendly and one employees (Ariel) had my order memorized within a few days. Everyone was warm and friendly. The drinks and food were normal Dunkin.... It's the service that makes this place awesome!
