Great service! You'll never wait in the lobby for more than 5 minutes. The ladies working there are great at making conversation and make you feel very comfortable in the dentist chair.

Pearl was such an amazing experience. It's been a while since I've had a dentist appointment and the atmosphere and the employees were so welcoming that it brought out the giddy humor in me. While going through the exam process and breaking things down to me, nothing seemed forced and they gave me options of how I wanted to deal with my situation even down to the easiest way out! That soooo respected!

Phenomenal service due to engaged and knowledgeable employees. Every appointment I have ever had, from routine cleaning to surgery, left me smiling and pleased with the result. The staff is led by one of the best dentists I have ever met, and she has done a great job creating a welcoming experience for patients. Bravo.

I've been here twice now, once for a cleaning and most recently to have a filling done for a chipped tooth. Each visit was a great experience. Their customer service is top-notch - scheduling, communication, waiting time, and the work done by Dr. Jenny and her entire team is excellent. I will be moving out of Charlotte next month but will continue to have my work done at Pearl.

This was my first dentist appointment in over a year and since moving to Charlotte. I primarily chose Pearl because it is so close to where I work, but I will be returning for so many more reasons than that.
First, Patti at the front desk really helped me out by letting me move around my appointment to accommodate my work schedule - it may have been because of a cancellation, but either way she really worked with me which I appreciated so much.
The whole office is very nice, not your typical dentist's office look. All the finishes were very high end, and the customer service totally went hand-in-hand.
During my actual appointment things went very smoothly, I was in and out fairly quickly considering it was my first appointment and they needed to get x-rays in addition to the cleaning. All the staff I had the pleasure of meeting/working on my teeth were great as well.
I know I will be back, and I've already recommended it to a friend looking for a dentist! I'd recommend Pearl to any one.
