I have been seeing Dr Heck for at least 5 years and plan on being a loyal patient for as long as I live in Charlotte. I recently changed jobs and tried a different dentist that was more convenient to my work. The experience only made me realize how exceptional Dr Heck and his entire staff are..

Dr Heck has consistently put my dental needs ahead of his pocketbook. He has invariably counseled against costly, unnecessary work and when I sought second opinions from other medical professionals, they only confirm the advice I originally received from Dr Heck. I can not recommend this dentist highly enough.

I've been a patient of Dr. Heck for almost 10 years. I started coming here after several bad experiences with other dentists. He is the best dentist in Charlotte and his staff is equally as good. I am lucky to have found them. I recommend Dr. Heck to anyone that needs a great dentist!!!

Good quality of care, attentive to my sensitive teeth. I have a number of fillings and two crowns, one the result of a root canal (performed by a very good specialist that Dr. Heck referred me to.) I trust Dr. Heck's advice on when a procedure is needed and when it's best to watch and wait - he's given me both types of advice. The office is also very efficient. I've rarely waited more than a couple of minutes to go in for my appointment.
I notice that the 5-star rating equates to 'loved it.' Nobody loves visiting the dentist, but I am completely satisfied with my experiences at this practice.
