These guys are experts in repairing speakers and speaker drivers. I went there to have an 8 year old Infinity reference speaker repaired. The rubber surround had failed and I wanted to have it replaced. Infinity, like many other manufacturers, have come up with many unique designs to attract buyers. This speaker was one of those that defines that category. Built in such a way that only the original driver components could be used for repair, they are that unique. I wanted a repair that would be as good as the original build design. I cant remember his name but the gentleman that works the front counter assisted me. He explained to me how my Infinity driver was built and why a traditional repair was not possible without the original parts ftom Infinity. He was able to do a "patch" repair for me. There was no guarantee the repair would hold and I understood that. That said it is now a year later and the woofer still works! I appreciate the knowledge they have and willingness to educate me in what I needed to know.

I had an old amplifier that was dead; they got it working, but in any location except theirs, the amplifier is unusable due to excess noise. When I called to discuss whether or not they had a power conditioner or UPS in their ac line, the response was no; he then tried to sell me another amp. When I said that wasn't the issue, the owner abruptly said " I'm finished with this" and hung up. So, for $160, I get a partially fixed amp. I will never go back or recommend this place.
