Stacy has been my agent for about 10 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his team. I love that Stacy will take the time himself to respond to emails or phone calls and is actively involved in the handling of claims and policies for his customers. The staff is super friendly and extremely prompt with returning phone calls, responding to emails, and answering any questions. This group really goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their service. Thank you for all you do!!!

They handle all my auto, home, life and business insurance needs. Excellent service and communication that is highly customer focused. I've been a State Farm customer for over 10 years and this office is the main reason why.

I have all my insurance here. These guys are awesome! I couldn't ask for a better insurance agent. If I ever have a question, they're only a phone call away with prompt, courteous service. Best of ALL, they SAVE me $$$!!!

Relocated to the Charlotte area from Baltimore MD. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me move my Auto and renters policy. They also have a really cool office that doesn't remind you of a typical insurance office. I would recommend anyone that's looking for a insurance agent to check out Stacy Pritchard office.
