Arrived in Tampa to find out they went out of business. Needless to say we will never use them again. What kind of company makes no effort to communicate with customers that are counting on their service?

Well, I got my car rental from here, the deal was pretty good and the location was not too far from the airport. The shuttle was pretty quick to pick up and customer services are nice.

Never Again!!! the worse experience every we reserved car months in advance shuttle picked us up, driver didn't have the courtesy to say Good morning, Welcome or Thank you.we got to the lot. We have traveled to Florida several times, tried to convince us we had to have the sun pass, 10 to 25 dollars a day, don't they know you can pay cash at toll booths? save yourself some money, if your rental car sits you still pay the fee. Mind you we reserved vehicle months in advance., we were then told they didn't have any cars we requested, or couldn't find any keys. We waited , at last they found keys. They gave us something we didn't want or order.. but what choice did we have. Thank Goodness we didn't prepay. We then returned vehicle to the lot to go back to the airport, they rushed out of the vehicle, got to the shuttle hoping we had everything, again driver was rude. NEVER AGAIN

Got deal for this rental place from Price line for much better price. Friendly staff always ready to help you with your request.

Worst rental company around. I had 3 different vehicles within 4 days and the last vehicle I was given I decided to drive it till the wheels fell of and if I was in a accident I would have gladly sued them. The cars do not shift properly. the brake lines have air. The cars are clearly not maintained properly. They are filthy inside and out. Customer service is a joke. The only nice person I spoke to the entire time I've felt with them was the guy outside and he should be the grouchiest since he's in this Florida heat all day. They also cost more than other places around I went there because the daily rate was cheap however after all of their BS fees it cost me 2x as much as Fox rentals
